With over two decades of experience in operations and project management, Kevin Brady has meticulously opened and successfully operated a diverse range of notable venues internationally as well as across the United States. His responsibilities encompass overseeing ground-up construction projects as well as implementing comprehensive maintenance and beautification strategies for various clients.

In 2019, Kevin began collaborating with several homeowners’ associations (HOAs) in Los Angeles to strategically develop detailed project plans, accurately forecast and track budgets, and manage all aspects of projects from initiation, completion and maintenance. In addition to these duties, he serves as a trusted partner to boards of directors for several residential associations, diligently working to enhance and rebuild common areas, ensure compliance with evolving codes and regulations, and formulate actionable plans that effectively utilize association reserves to improve and maintain thriving communities.

Kevin and his team view themselves as partners to the communities they serve. From initial onboarding to becoming property experts, they work to ensure that all repairs and maintenance projects address the core issues facing the communities. They act as the owner’s fiduciaries for every member of the community to ensure that reserves are properly allocated to address pressing repairs and capital investments.
